Smoky Pepperoni Zasta!

Hey guys! Welcome back to yet another blog post! I hope you're having an amazing weekend so far!
Today's Blog is actually something which I hadn't planned on writing, but the really random Pasta I made for dinner turned out to be so incredibly delicious that I just had to share it with you guys! I had some Zucchini lying around and some Smoked Pepperoni in the freezer and so I decided to whip up a "Zasta" (Zucchini Pasta :P) with them and it turned out to be an absolute treat!

For making this incredibly easy to make recipe, all you're going to need is:
1 Zucchini
2 Tbsps of Olive Oil
8-9 slices of Smoked Pepperoni (The Smoked Pepperonis add a lot of flavour to your Pasta so I would highly recommend getting them instead of the usual ones)
2 Tbsps of Cream
2-3 Tbsps of Grated Cheese
Salt, Pepper, Oregano and Chili Flakes (As per taste)
For making the Zasta:
Peel the Zucchini along it's length and keep the slices aside.
In a non-stick pan, heat up the Olive Oil and add the Pepperoni slices to it. Fry them for 4-5 minutes.

Add in the Zucchini slices and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add in the Cream and Cheese and mix well.
Add in the Condiments and mix well. Let the mixture cook for 4-5 minutes till the Sauce thickens.


And there you have it! This super easy and absolutely delightful to eat Zasta is now ready! It's an amazing Weekend treat to have and it hardly takes 10 minutes to cook! I absolutely love Smoked Pepperoni and if you do too, then definitely try out this recipe at home!
