Hey guys! Welcome back to another blog post! I hope you are having a wonderful week so far!

Today I am going to be sharing a recipe for some incredibly light, delicious and absolutely Keto-friendly Chicken Wraps recipe! This dish is super easy to make and is Gluten free as well.

For making these delicious Wraps, you're going to need:

  • Fresh Iceberg Lettuce leaves

  • 2-3 tbsps of Olive Oil

  • 400-500 grams of Boneless Chicken cut into small pieces

  • 4-5 cloves of Garlic

  • Few florets of Broccoli

  • One medium sized Green Pepper/Capsicum

  • 1 tsp Soya Sauce (You can choose one which has relatively lesser carbs)

  • 1-2 tsps of Lemongrass Sauce

  • 1 tsp of Green Chili Sauce

  • Pink Himalayan Salt (to taste)

  • 1 tbsp of Stevia/ Truvia

For making the filling of the Wraps:

  1. Heat up the Olive Oil in a pan and add the Chopped Garlic into it.

  2. Add in the Chicken and cook on a medium flame for about 15-20 minutes or until your Chicken is nearly cooked.

  3. Add in the Broccoli florets and cook for 5-7 minutes.

  4. Add in the Green Peppers, the sauces and the seasonings and cook for 5 more minutes.

5. Ensure that the mixture is relatively dry so that once you wrap it with the Lettuce

leaves, the sauces don't drip down when you're eating the Wraps. In case you want

to make your Mixture even more spicy, you can add in some Chili Flakes and Hot

sauces of your choice!

6. Turn off the heat start putting in your mixture in the Lettuce leaves. Use whole

leaves preferably. Fold the leaves to form a wrap.

And voila! There you have it! A delicious, Keto-friendly, gluten-free recipe for some

incredibly delicious Chicken Wraps!

You can easily replace the Chicken with Paneer, Tofu, Pork, Beef, Shrimps or even just Vegetables! It's incredibly light and doesn't make you feel bloated like you would if you eat a regular Wrap made of Wheat (which it always does for me!).

So that's it for today's blog guys! I hope you enjoyed today's blog and if you did, don't forget to like this post and Subscribe if you haven't already! Do try this recipe at home over the weekend and let me know if you do re-create this recipe! I will see you soon in my next post! Keep Shining! :D
