Hey guys! Welcome back to yet another blog post! I hope you're having an amazing week so far and are kicking it as always! :D
So for today's blog post I decided to write about one of the quickest, yummiest and absolutely Keto friendly dinner dishes that I make very often when I just can't be bothered to really put a lot of effort and time into making my dinner but when I still do want something that's absolutely delicious and filling and healthy! Do let me know if you guys try out this recipe at home because I promise, you won't be disappointed! :D
This recipe is also perfect for when you're lazy and just don't feel like using a lot of ingredients in making your dinner/lunch. For making this dish, you're going to need:
200-300 grams of Chicken
An all-purpose Fajita Mix. The one I got contained Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Salt, Sugar and some other spices. So it was the perfect one ingredient powder to use in my recipe and I didn't have to bother with putting a lot of spices or ingredients into the recipe!
Salt to taste (The Fajita Mix already has some salt. So be careful when you add in regular Salt)
1 medium sized Capsicum (optional)
For making the Salad:
Some Iceberg lettuce leaves
Olive Oil (3-4 Tbsps)
Jalapenos
Salt and Black Pepper
For making the Chicken:
Heat up 2 Tbsps of Olive Oil in a Pan and add in the Chicken.
Cook the Chicken until it's almost done.
Add in the cut Capsicum to the Chicken and add in the Fajita Spice Mix and the Salt. Mix well.
In a bowl, tear the Iceberg Lettuce leaves into small chunks and add in 2 Tbsps of Olive Oil, some Salt and Black Pepper, and add in the diced Jalapenos. Massage the leaves with your hands so that all the leaves are coated evenly with your Salad dressing!
And there you have it! An absolute No-fuss, delicious and healthy Keto dinner is now ready! You literally just need 25 minutes to make the whole thing and you don't even have to bother with the Chicken while it cooks! It's literally that simple! :D
Tip: Add in some more Fajita Spice mix on the Chicken after taking it out of the Pan, and it's going to absolutely taste incredible! ;)

So that's it for today's blog guys! I hope you enjoyed today's blog and as always do Like and Subscribe if you haven't already, and I will see you soon in my next post! Keep Shining! :D
Thank you so much Pulkit! :)
The idea for combining it with the salad is absolutely amazing! It’s a perfect wholesome meal. Thanks for the recipe! :D
