Hey guys! Welcome back to yet another blog post! I hope you're having a wonderful week so far and are totally kicking it! :D

So for today's blog post, I decided to share a very easy to make, no fuss and absolutely Keto friendly recipe for Butter Chicken! It is so easy to make that you can even make it after work on a weekday and is so delicious that you will not even miss having Naan or Roti along with it!

To make this incredibly delicious recipe, you're going to need:

  • 500 grams of Curry Cut chicken pieces. You can alternatively use Boneless Chicken if you so desire, it's entirely up to you!

  • 1 medium sized Onion

  • 1 medium sized Tomato

  • 2 Tbsps of Ginger Garlic Paste

  • 1-2 Tsp each of Chili Powder, Cumin Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt and Stevia

  • 5-6 Tbsps of White Unsalted Butter or Ghee

  • 4-5 Tbsps of Heavy Cream

To make this recipe:

  • Heat up 2-3 Tbsps of Ghee (or Butter) in a pan and add the Chicken pieces to it. Cook the Chicken pieces until they are completely cooked and keep them aside.

  • In the same pan, heat up the remaining Ghee (or Butter) and add in the chopped Onions. Cook the Onions until they brown up a bit.

  • Add in the finely chopped Tomatoes and the Ginger Garlic Paste next and cook them until they are soft.

  • Add in all the Spices, Salt and Stevia and mix all the ingredients well.

  • Add in the Chicken Pieces and mix all the ingredients well. Add in a splash or two of water if the mixture is too dry.

  • Simmer the mixture for about 10 minutes on a low to medium flame.

  • Add the Cream and let the mixture simmer for another 5 minutes.

And voila! There you have it! This incredibly easy to make and delicious Butter Chicken is now ready!

You can make some Naans with some Almond Flour or whip up some good ol' Cauli Rice to go with it! But this by itself is a delicious and filling meal to have! I garnished it with some pepper and Chili flakes to make it spicier! :D

So that's it for today's folk you guys! I hope you enjoyed this blog! If you did, don't forget to give this post a huge thumbs up and do Subscribe if you haven't already! I will see you soon in my next post! Keep Shining! :D
