Keto friendly Prawn Shezwan Fried Rice

Hey guys! Welcome back to yet another blog post! I hope you are having a lovely day so far and are geared up for the week ahead! :D
So for today's blog post, I decided to share a very simple, delicious, healthy and Keto friendly recipe for Prawn Schezwan Fried Rice! It takes hardly 15 minutes to cook and is absolutely filling and delicious!
To make this recipe, you're going to need:
10-12 medium sized Prawns. I decided to cut mine into halves as they were quite big, but it's totally up to you!
2 small-sized or 1 large sized Cauliflower
8-10 Cherry Tomatoes
2 Tbsps of Olive Oil
2-3 cloves of Garlic
1 medium sized Capsicum
2-3 Tsps of Soya Sauce, Green Chili Sauce and Schezwan Sauce
Salt, Pepper, Chili Flakes and Oregano as per taste
For making this dish:
Chop up the Vegetables and Prawns.
In a Pan or Wok, heat up the Olive Oil and add in the pieces of Garlic.
Saute the Garlic for a couple of seconds and add in the Prawns. Saute the Prawns for about 4-5 minutes or until they have cooked.
Add in the Grated Cauliflower and mix it well.
Add in all the Seasonings, the Sauces and the Diced Capsicum.
In a separate pan, heat up a spoon of Olive Oil and add in the Cherry Tomatoes. Cook them for about 5-7 minutes until the outer covering has cooked or grilled well. You can even try charring them a bit, trust me - they taste incredible! :D
Add in the Charred/Grilled Cherry Tomatoes on top.
And voila! There you have it! Your very own Keto friendly, delicious, easy to make and healthy Prawn Schezwan Fried Rice is now ready!
