Hey guys! Welcome back to yet another blog post! I hope you guys are powering through the week and are having a super productive day!
Today I am going to be sharing an amazingly delicious and super easy to make recipe for a Keto friendly Shrimp Pasta! There is nothing I crave for more than a nice, warm bowl of White Sauce Pasta with lots of Shrimps or Chicken or Bacon! And because Pasta (especially White Sauce Pasta) is generally considered unhealthy and fattening, I was super stoked to discover this incredibly healthy alternative for it! I hope you guys love this recipe as much as I do! :D
For making this dish, you're going to need:
2 medium sized Zucchinis
A Spring Onion
2-3 Tbsps of Butter/Olive Oil
A handful of Spinach
10-15 medium size Shrimps
4-5 cloves of Garlic
2-3 Tbsps of Fresh Cream
A handful of grated Cheese
1-2 tsp of Pink Himalayan Salt
Pepper, Garlic Powder, Basil and Chili Flakes to season
Olives and/or Jalapenos
To make the Pasta:
Stir fry the Shrimps first and keep them aside.
Peel the Zucchini along its whole length using a Peeler. The peeled slices will act as your Pasta! Do not forget to discard the outer covering of the Zucchini as it is usually quite bitter.
In a Non stick pan, add in some Olive Oil and add in the Chopped Garlic and the Spring Onion pieces.
Add in the Peeled Zucchini slices and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add in the Cream, Cheese and Seasonings and mix well.
Finally, add in the Spinach and Prawns and mix well.
If your sauce is too thick, you can add a little water to the mixture.
Finally, add in the Olives/Jalapenos and you're done! This incredibly yummy and Keto-friendly Pasta is now ready!

I made the second Pasta with some Mushrooms and Bacon, and needless to say, it was to die for! <3
Pro Tip: Use Bacon Fat to make this Pasta instead of Olive Oil or Butter and you won't be disappointed! ;)
So that's it for today's post guys! Thank you so much for all your support and feedback as always! Keep Shining! :D
Wow! When the photos are this mouth-watering, I wonder how amazing it would taste! I have to try this out. Thanks for the recipe Namrata :)
