Hey guys! Welcome back to yet another blog post! I hope you have had a wonderful weekend and are ready for the week! :D
So for today's blog post I am going to be sharing a recipe for a very delicious and Keto friendly, Oriental style Sesame Chicken Stir Fry recipe! This is one of my most favourite recipes ever and if you are like me and you like these types of Oriental recipes, do give this recipe a try! I promise you won't be disappointed! ;)

So for making this recipe, I decided to use some Chicken Drumsticks. You can use any cut, shape and size of the Chicken you want. I also decided to shallow fry the drumsticks first so that my Chicken pieces had a layer and depth to them. It's perfectly okay to skip this step and to just pan fry the Chicken if you're in a hurry. But I would highly recommend shallow frying the Chicken!
For the coating:
2 spoons of Psyllium Husk
2 spoons of Almond Flour
Salt, Pepper, Oregano and Chili Flakes to taste
1 egg

Mix all the dry ingredients together in a container. Whisk the egg separately in another container. Dip the Chicken into the egg batter first. After coating it thoroughly in the egg mixture, dip it in the Psyllium Husk-Almond Flour mixture. Once the Chicken has been coated well on all sides, put it in a pan which has some hot Olive Oil/Ghee. Make sure that the Oil is hot before putting in the Chicken.
(PS: Since we can't use the traditional breadcrumbs for coating the Chicken, I decided to use the Psyllium Husk-Almond Flour mixture. It works pretty much the same way and tastes even better!)

While the Chicken is cooking away, in a separate container mix the following ingredients:
2-3 Tbsps of Tomato Ketchup
1-2 Tbsps of Soya Sauce
1-2 Tbps of Vinegar
1-2 Tbsps of Green Chili Sauce
Salt, Pepper and Stevia to taste
1 Tbsp of Lemongrass Sauce
3-4 finely chopped cloves of Garlic
1 Tbsp of finely chopped Ginger
Mix all the Sauces well.
Heat up 1 tbsp of Olive Oil in a pan.
Add in some finely chopped Green Chilies in the pan and fry them for about 30 seconds.
Add in the fried Chicken to the pan and pour in the Sauce mixture.
Add some raw Sesame seeds in the end.
Let the Chicken and the Sauces cook for 5 minutes.
And voila! This absolutely delicious, restaurant style, Keto friendly, Oriental style Sesame Chicken Stir Fry is now ready! It tastes absolutely incredible and you can have it without worrying about the excess sodium and oils and sauces the restaurants put! It's absolutely simple and takes only 20-25 minutes to prepare!

So that's it for today's post folks! I hope you enjoyed it! Do give this post a huge thumbs up if you did and Subscribe if you haven't already! I will see you soon in my next post! Keep Shining! :D
Thank you Gunbeen! :)
