Hey guys! Welcome back to yet another blog post! I hope you all are doing well and are as geared up for the weekend as I am!

Today I am going to be sharing one of my most favourite and THE most comforting Chicken recipes ever! It's literally a hug in a bowl (If that even means anything). It's perfect for the times when you want to have something that's creamy, cheesy, insanely delicious and absolutely healthy and Keto-friendly! It's also a great dish to cook for your family, friends or on a special occasion when you want to surprise and pamper someone! So without wasting any more time, let's get right into it!

So for making this dish, you're going to need:

400-500 gms of Chicken (This is going to vary depending on how much and for how many people you're going to make. 400 gms of Chicken makes roughly two servings)

1 Onion (Optional)

5-6 cloves of Garlic

One Chilli

One Broccoli

A fistful of Spinach

Some Basil leaves (dried Basil powder will work just fine)

3 spoons of Cheese

3-4 spoons of Cream

Salt, Oregano, Pepper, Chili flakes ( you can add any other condiment you wish)

3 spoons of Olive Oil

2-3 spoons of Bacon fat (Optional - but damn!)

Olives/Jalapeno (Optional)

Method:

Thinly slice the Onion, Chilies, Garlic and Capsicum

In a Wok, heat up the Olive Oil for about a minute and then add the chopped Chilies, Garlic and Onions

Saute them for a minute and add in your Chicken. If you're in a hurry, you can always cover the Wok for the Chicken to cook faster.

Once the Chicken has been cooking away for about 15 minutes, add in your Broccoli. We add it first because Broccoli usually takes a while to cook and we are going to cook it along with the Chicken. Depending on how cooked you want your Broccoli, you can decide on when to add it!

Add in the Capsicum and after about 3 minutes, add in the Spinach and Basil Leaves. I like my vegetables quite crunchy, and hence add it this late. But like I said before, it's totally up to you!

Next up, add in all the Condiments (as per taste)

Add in the Cream, Cheese and BAE-con Fat. Mix it well.

The Cream and Cheese are quite heavy and make a dense mixture. I usually do add in a little water to get it to the consistency I like. You can completely skip this step should you wish to, but I would highly recommend doing it!

Let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes so that the sauce gets nice and creamy and all the ingredients are well incorporated into the mixture.

And there you have it! One of the Creamiest and Most Delicious Chicken Recipes is now ready! You can top it up with Olives or Jalapenos if you like or have it as it is!

PS: I know there is a popular misconception that you're not supposed to have Vegetables if you're following a Keto diet. However, this is absolutely not true! You can absolutely follow this diet regardless of whether or not you consume meat. All the Vegetables mentioned in this recipe are absolutely Keto friendly, healthy and delicious! For more info regarding the macros in these Vegetables, do contact firefueled.fitness and firefueled.food on Instagram and Facebook! :D

Anyway, getting back to the dish, I hope you guys liked this recipe! You can add any Vegetables (Keto friendly) to this and if you do not consume meat, just remove the Chicken out of the equation! All the other steps remain the same.

Thank you so much guys for reading today's blog and I hope you enjoyed today's recipe! Let me know in the Comments section about any particular dish that you would like me to write about! Other than that, don't forget to subscribe if you haven't already and I will see you soon in my next Blog! Have a great day and Keep Shining!
